Metalcraft of Mayville's Fall River facility has a 3rd shift Weld/Shift Production Lead opening.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Weld/Shift Production Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing all departments on 3rd shift with a primary focus on manual and robotic weld. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the shift and for keeping the departments organized and clean.
