Reporting to the Plant Manager, the 1st Shift Weld Production Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing a team of manual and Robotic Welders; assign tasks, and will support the overall operation by ensuring full utilization of the Robotic Welding department resources.

The material handler will report to the Production Supervisor in the West Bend plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.
3rd Shift Hours (10pm - 6am; Sunday - Thursday)

Metalcraft of Mayville's West Bend facility has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Welding Department Lead in our Scag Welding area. Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Weld Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing both the manual and robotic weld department.
