Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. Metalcraft of Mayville is hiring 1st/2nd/3rd Shift Assemblers! Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Assemblers are responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for products.  1st Shift Hours = 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday) 2nd Shift Hours = 2pm - 10pm (Monday - Friday)

Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machine Center operator produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Some experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

 Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines.   The Metal Finisher is primarily responsible for grinding, filing, or sanding surfaces of metal items or parts.

Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving manager, packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department. Hours are M-F, 8am-4pm.
