Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This is a 1st Shift position. This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
