This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest//paint areas of the shop floor. Seeking 2nd shift help. 

The 2nd Shift material handler will report to the Paint Supervisor in the West Bend plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.    

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Assembler/Production Supporter is primarily responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product. This person will typically work from 5am to about 9am helping on deck run then go off and support other areas of the shop floor as needed for the remainder of the shift. 

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.   

The Body Installation Technician will be required to assemble body kits, perform chassis preparation for install, and install bodies on chassis on our Versatran Retriever equipment. Duties include frame drilling, electronics integration, and pneumatic installation of industrial transport bodies.   1st shift - 6:00a to 2:30p Monday through Friday core hours

The material handler will report to the Assembly Supervisor in the West Bend plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.    

Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machine Center operator produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Some experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Reporting to the Plant Manager this role is primarily responsible for operating Amada EMLK and de-nesting parts cut by the EMLK and metal finishing as needed, identifying and organizing the EMLK cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machine as required.  

Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.    

Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, this position packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department.   Shift hours are Monday through Friday 10a to 6:30p.

This Production Helper - BIQ role is primarily responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of finished SCAG product.  The Production Helper (BIQ Inspector) may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.   Hours follow the SCAG Assembly Lines which are currently mandatory overtime of 5:30a to 3:00p M - F and 5a to 10 on Sat. Core hours when not on overtime are 6:00a to 2:30p M - F.

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

  The Metal Finisher is primarily responsible for grinding, filing, or sanding surfaces of metal items or parts.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines.
