The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces, using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. Must be willing to learn automation on the Gema CM40 and 41 systems and all other controls of the paint booth.  

The Production Helper role is primarily responsible for de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This Production Helper - BIQ role is primarily responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of finished SCAG product.  The Production Helper (BIQ Inspector) may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.   Hours follow the SCAG Assembly Lines which are currently mandatory overtime of 5:30a to 3:00p M - F and 5a to 10 on Sat. Core hours when not on overtime are 6:00a to 2:30p M - F.

As a Test Engineer at Scag Power Equipment located in Mayville WI, you will ensure the durability and reliability of Scag products by qualifying new designs and components through lab/field testing and hands-on mechanical work.

Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving manager, packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department. Hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm. 

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QC Technician / Weld Inspector is primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support the business, proposed projects, and system requirements. Identify testing scope and implementation plans using defined QA processes and methodologies on a consistent basis.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.
