Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.
ROBOTIC WELD PROGRAMMER - 1ST SHIFT - West Bend
Reporting to the Weld Supervisor, responsible for programming and setting up robotic welders to specifications. High level of general robot operations and programming knowledge. General requirement of 5 or more years of experience.
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift.
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.
Our Beaver Dam facility is looking for Welder's who are primarily responsible for operating one or more weld machines to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying to basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis.
Currently we are on mandatory overtime
2nd shift: 2:30p to 12:00a M - F
3rd shift: Sunday though Thursday 9p to 6a
SCAG Assemblers in Beaver Dam are assembling the SCAG V-Ride II, V-Ride XL and Windstorm stand and ride-on machines.
Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement projects, drafting and design of plant layout visions and value stream transformations, providing concept designs for support equipment used in manufacturing processes, collaborating with Project Engineering on NPI and potential DFM opportunities, creating standard work for manufacturing processes, and ultimately eliminating waste in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing tools.
