SCAG Assemblers in Mayville assemble Zero Turn mowers.
Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly lines.
Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 1st shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.
Inventory Control Specialist - FALL RIVER, WI 1ST SHIFT
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Inventory Control Specialist is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Paint Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing and directing a team of powder paint line painters and line helpers whom are responsible for the overall painting of SCAG and OEM product. This individual will manage the Paint lines, assign tasks, and will support the overall operation by ensuring full utilization of the Paint department resources. This is a 1st shift position.
Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.
2nd Shift Hours (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday)
Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

The Manufacturing Engineer for Metalcraft of Mayville and Bluebird Turf will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement projects, drafting and design of plant layout visions and value stream transformations, providing concept designs for support equipment used in manufacturing processes, collaborating with Project Engineering on NPI and potential DFM opportunities, creating standard work for manufacturing processes, and ultimately eliminating waste in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing tools. This position is located at our Auburn Hills location.

The region covered by this role includes Oklahoma and Arkansas. In addition, the Field Service Technician will provide training and support to dealers in their specified territory. This position requires up to 75% travel during peak season to fully assist in the diagnosis and repair of Scag Power Equipment products. Travel is required and is otherwise remote.
