Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.

Reporting to the Plant Manager this role is primarily responsible for operating Amada EMLK and de-nesting parts cut by the EMLK and metal finishing as needed, identifying and organizing the EMLK cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machine as required.  

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift.   

3RD SHIFT MAINTENANCE - FALL RIVER, WI   Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations

The Beaver Dam facility of Metalcraft is looking for an experienced Brake Press Operators.   Brake Press Operators are primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop.  Reporting in to the department manager, the Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.   1st Shift - 6:00a to 2:30p Monday through Friday

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 1st or 2nd Shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.   2nd Shift Hours (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday)

Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, this position packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department.   Shift hours are Monday through Friday 10a to 6:30p.

Inventory Control Specialist/Cycle Counter - Fall River   Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Inventory Control Specialist is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.    

The Production Helper role is primarily responsible for de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required. 3rd shift available! 10:00p to 6:00a Sunday through Thursday
