Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
The Body Installation Technician will be required to assemble body kits, perform chassis preparation for install, and install bodies on chassis on our Versatran Retriever equipment. Duties include frame drilling, electronics integration, and pneumatic installation of industrial transport bodies.
1st shift - 6:00a to 2:30p Monday through Friday core hours
Reporting to the Plant Manager this role is primarily responsible for operating Amada EMLK and de-nesting parts cut by the EMLK and metal finishing as needed, identifying and organizing the EMLK cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machine as required.
Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, this position packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department.
Shift hours are Monday through Friday 10a to 6:30p.
Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.
Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Trimmer is responsible for trimming, flaming, finishing plastic parts and sorting/counting order qauntities.

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 2nd Shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Assembler/Production Supporter is primarily responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product. This person will typically work from 5am to about 9am helping on deck run then go off and support other areas of the shop floor as needed for the remainder of the shift.
This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the paint-line and assembly department. This position also may be required to assist other areas when needed. We have a 2nd Shift Paint Line/Assembly Line opening up in the near future and would train this person on 1st shift. Once 2nd shift is running, the hours would be M-F, 1:30pm-10pm.

Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
