Inventory Control Specialist/Cycle Counter - Beaver Dam   Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Inventory Control Specialist is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.   This position is for the Beaver Dam, WI facility. Hours are 5:30a to 2:00p M - F. 

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 1st shift or 2nd Shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.

1st Shift Assembly - Fall River   SCAG Assemblers in Fall River are assembling the SCAG finish cut, Turf Storm. AeroStorm and Giant Vac products.   Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for  SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.

As a Product Engineer at Metacraft of Mayville and Scag Power Equipment located in Mayville WI, you will support our Bluebird Turf Equipment line of products by providing technical engineering and product management support to assembly, quality, service and purchasing teams.    

The Manufacturing Engineer for Metalcraft of Mayville and Bluebird Turf will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement projects, drafting and design of plant layout visions and value stream transformations, providing concept designs for support equipment used in manufacturing processes, collaborating with Project Engineering on NPI and potential DFM opportunities, creating standard work for manufacturing processes, and ultimately eliminating waste in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing tools. This position is located at our Auburn Hills location.  

The Field Service Technician is a team member assigned to a specific region to work to resolve, identify, and provide best in class technical service support of various outdoor power equipment products. The region covered by this role includes Oklahoma and Arkansas. In addition, the Field Service Technician will provide training and support to dealers in their specified territory. This position requires up to 75% travel during peak season to fully assist in the diagnosis and repair of Scag Power Equipment products. Travel is required and is otherwise remote.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QC Technician / Weld Inspector is primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support the business, proposed projects, and system requirements. Identify testing scope and implementation plans using defined QA processes and methodologies on a consistent basis.

The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces using spray guns.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge.
