The Safety Coordinator, reporting to the Safety Manager, will primarily provide safety, workman's compensation and environmental leadership to Metalcraft of Mayville manufacturing operations in our Mayville location.

This person will be reporting to the tool Room Manger and committing to the DWD apprenticeship program. This requires both on the job training and classroom training for 5 years. Upon completion of the program you will be considered a journey man tool and die maker.  

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement projects, drafting and design of plant layout visions and value stream transformations, providing concept designs for support equipment used in manufacturing processes, collaborating with Project Engineering on NPI and potential DFM opportunities, creating standard work for manufacturing processes, and ultimately eliminating waste in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing tools. Reporting to the Director of Automation; the Regional Automation Sales Development person will be responsible for the sale of robotic automation equipment and system integration, identifying and searching new sales prospects, and seeking automation opportunities located in the Midwestern Region of the United States to ultimately achieve profit goals – selling standard product lines.
