  Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

PAINTER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER   Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Painter is primarily responsible for applying paint on metal fabricated parts.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department. This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role.

1ST AND 3RD SHIFT PAINT LINE HELPERS - FALL RIVER Paint Helpers are primarily responsible for kitting, loading, unloading and packaging parts from the paint line. This person may identify quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues.  Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role.    

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

Tube Laser Operator - 1st Shift Fall River   This laser machine operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions,  and have strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.  

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the janitor is responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the entire facility - office/production areas.   This is a 1st shift part time position - hours are 6:00a to 10:00a Monday through Friday.  

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations.

SCAG Technical Assemblers in New Berlin are assembling the SCAG Extreme Hybrid Slope Mower remote controlled machine.    Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

Reporting to the Assembly Manager, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for products.

ASSEMBLER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER   SCAG Assemblers in Fall River assemble the walk behind finish mowers, debris management and commercial aerators/fertilizers.   Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

The Safety Coordinator, reporting to the Safety Manager, will primarily provide safety, workman's compensation and environmental leadership to Metalcraft of Mayville manufacturing operations in our Beaver Dam location along with coordinating the workflow of the maintenance department.
