CYCLE COUNTER - FALL RIVER, WI 1ST SHIFT
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Cycle Counter is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role is primarily responsible for working in coordination with the Safety and Maintenance Departments to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the facility (inside/outside).
Metalcraft - Beaver Dam is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
This person will report to the Safety Department and will primarily be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations.
1st shift 6:00a to 2:30p Monday through Friday
SCAG Assemblers in Beaver Dam are assembling the SCAG V-Ride II, V-Ride XL and Windstorm stand and ride-on machines.
Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.
Reporting to the Assembly/Paint Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.
This role is primarily responsible for de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
The material handler will report to the Paint Supervisor in the West Bend plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.
Under the direction of Shipping and Receiving Manager, this position packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department.
This is a mid day to 2nd shift opening with hours Monday through Friday 12:00p to 8:30p.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.
Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
OPENINGS ON 2ND SHIFT - Fall River
Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.
Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machine Center operator produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Some experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Material Handler - Paint Line - 3rd Shift Fall River
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor the Material Handler is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. A Materials Handler is responsible for taking material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility. The material handler will also help with paint line duties - hanging/removing parts from conveyorized line as time allows.
