Reporting to the Director of Technical Services for Scag Power Equipment in our Mayville Office, the Field Service Technician is a team member assigned to a specific region to work to resolve, identify, and provide best in class technical service support of various outdoor power equipment products. In addition, the Field Service Technician will provide training and support to dealers in their specified territory. This position require up to 60% travel during peak season to fully assist in the diagnosis and repair of Scag Power Equipment products. This position is remote.  

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 1st shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.

A Scag Power Equipment Field Service Technician is a team member assigned to a specific region to work to resolve, identify, and provide best in class technical service support of various outdoor power equipment products. In addition, the Field Service Technician will provide training and support to dealers in their specified territory. This position require up to 80% travel during peak season to fully assist in the diagnosis and repair of Scag Power Equipment products. This position is remote.  

ASSEMBLER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER   SCAG Assemblers in Fall River assemble the walk behind finish mowers, debris management and commercial aerators/fertilizers.   Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

We are seeking self-starters interested in a career in field sales. Specifically, someone who focuses on developing relationships, and with the intelligence, enthusiasm and work ethic to develop new connections and build on existing relationships with outdoor power equipment dealers. These Territory Managers should leverage the Scag brand to meet stated objectives. Objectives will include annual sales goals, product sales goals, new dealer recruitment, dealer development and the continuous upgrading of the Scag dealer network.    

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Technician II (powder painter) is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

CYCLE COUNT/INVENTORY SPECIALIST- FALL RIVER, WI 1ST SHIFT     Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Cycle Counter is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.    

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for helping with various functions of our Human Resources Department in our Fall River location.  The duties do include assisting with visitors to the facility and answering/directing phone calls. 

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.    

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.
