Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machinist produces machined parts by setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Estimator is responsible for creating quotes to generate the cost of a part. This is done by analyzing each component and assembly drawing to determine the processes and enter information into our quoting software that will then determine costs.

The Production Planner has primary responsibility to ensure accurate planning parameters are in place within a Lean Manufacturing environment and follow up on production orders in support of customer and internal demands. Will analyze work center loads for effective capacity planning. Will also ensure accurate inventories by effectively addressing any labor reporting issues. This position has a close working relationship with Operations, Product Engineering, purchasing, and customer service. In addition, the Production Planner will confer with department heads to determine status of assigned projects, expedite operations that delay schedules and prepare production reports.

We have installed a brand new tube laser/bender in our Fall River, WI facility. If you enjoy learning new equipment, can take on the challenge of working on a brand new piece of equipment this might be the job for you. This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions, and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC controlled punch presses in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Punch Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required. Position is 3rd shift working Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.
Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. Reporting to the Tool & Die Manager, the Tool & Die Technician would support 1st Shift Tool & Die Makers and 2nd Shift production teams to clean fixtures, replace clamps along with fit up and assembly of fixtures.
As a Test technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the powder painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech position. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement projects, drafting and design of plant layout visions and value stream transformations, providing concept designs for support equipment used in manufacturing processes, collaborating with Project Engineering on NPI and potential DFM opportunities, creating standard work for manufacturing processes, and ultimately eliminating waste in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing tools.
