Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Spindle Assembler is an assembly-type role where the person is primarily responsible for producing components by placing these into an automated cell machine. 

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machine Center operator produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Some experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

  Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving manager, packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department. Hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm. 

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking Product Test Technicians on 2nd Shift at our Mayville, WI facility. As a Product Test Technician for Scag Power Equipment, you will be primarily responsible for daily operation of equipment according to designated test procedures. The equipment tested and operated in this role, is primarily turf care and landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, mini-track loaders and wheel loaders. This position will require work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a large majority of the time being spent outdoors. You will also support the test engineering department in other tasks as needed.

The 2nd Shift material handler will report to the Paint Supervisor in the West Bend plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.    

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC controlled punch presses in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Punch Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.  Position is 3rd shift working Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.

Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.   1st Shift Hours (6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday)

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines.
