Bluebird Turf operates Monday through Thursday beginning at 7:00am to 5:30pm. The shipping clerk is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments. The shipping clerk will prepare the bills of lading and shipping orders. Completing all the necessary management related reports as and when required.

    This role is primarily responsible for de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machinist produces machined parts by setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC controlled punch presses in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Punch Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.  Position is 3rd shift working Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.

Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

We are looking for an energetic Parts Picker to assist us in customer service orders for shipping. The Parts Picker will partner with the Customer Service Department and assist with pulling service parts, package all items, and ship to proper customer. The Parts Picker may be required to record and track all requests and shipments.

  Receiving Clerk - 1st shift - Fall River   Reporting to the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, the receiving clerk is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. Responsibilities include receiving in materials against purchase orders, verification of receipt/material/quantity.   Move material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility

Tool & Die Makers are responsible for all aspects of in-house tool manufacturing, maintenance, development and testing activities to maximize productivity and maintain the highest level of workmanship.  This role will ensure all tools are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards.

Bluebird Turf, a recently added division of Metalcraft of Mayville, specializes in personal lawn care equipment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Assembler is primarily responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for products. Bluebird Turf operates Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. Our starting hourly wage is $18.00/hour, and this position qualifies for a competitive benefit package.
