Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

 Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of production personnel to safely plan, coordinate, train and motivate employees in order to offer the best products to our customers. Provides production personnel with continual process improvement to ensure consistent quality of products. Works with production personnel to understand and build strong relationships thereby building an effective team. This is a 2nd Shift Position.   

To provide leadership and direction to the Shipping and Receiving department in areas of responsibility including inventory control, shipping, receiving, scheduling, quality, safety and environmental.

This role is primarily responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of finished SCAG product. The Quality Inspector (BIQ: Built in Quality Inspector) may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.
