The primary focus of this position is managing information and data that goes into our computer data system that is used to build our customer and our own products.  This includes entering the list of parts needed to build the product, materials, and shop operations.  This role also manages customer engineering documentation that is used by our Engineering and Quality Departments to support the manufacturing of our customer’s products.

The Vice President of Distribution is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all distribution and warehousing for multiple locations across the United States, headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer will be responsible for the design analysis, drawing reproduction, documentation and electronic data control activities essential to manufacturing which includes completing an audit and the final release of the engineering documentation: production drawings and process routings.   Receiving Clerk - 1st shift - Fall River   Reporting to the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, the receiving clerk is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. Responsibilities include receiving in materials against purchase orders, verification of receipt/material/quantity.   Move material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility

Tool & Die Makers are responsible for all aspects of in-house tool manufacturing, maintenance, development and testing activities to maximize productivity and maintain the highest level of workmanship.  This role will ensure all tools are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication (welding, brake press operation, quality technician, etc) and is interested in a position in engineering or engineering related project management.   Reporting to the Engineering Manager, a Project Engineer will support OEM contract manufacturing. This position is responsible for releasing engineering documentation that will meet or exceed the customer’s designed expectations. This includes working with our teams and customer teams to complete a simplified drawing package to allow our operation teams to be successful.  This position also includes project management activities to ensure projects get into production with minimal problems.  The design of fabricated and mechanical assemblies plus validation of these designs can be a part of this position for candidates interested in additional responsibilities. - Manage 3D models and drawings for new or changing OEM products within agriculture, construction, industrial, and military industries. - Take full ownership of your engineering documents (drawings, models, BOM’s, and shop routings) related to assigned projects. - Collaborate design changes and assist customers with design for manufacturability opportunities. - Provide technical support and coordinate project management activities with internal departments including: tooling, quality, purchasing, production planning, sales, production personnel, and shipping. - Design of fabrications to support light construction equipment or our truck bodies.  Includes design from cradle to the grave: design investigation, modeling, detailing, design documentation, design validation including finite element analysis reviews or testing, and releasing for production. - Other duties as assigned.

Bluebird Turf, a recently added division of Metalcraft of Mayville, specializes in personal lawn care equipment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Assembler is primarily responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for products. Bluebird Turf operates Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. Our starting hourly wage is $18.00/hour, and this position qualifies for a competitive benefit package.  

Brake Press - Fall River   (2nd and 3rd shift)   Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

The Corporate Purchasing Manager is responsible for the sourcing and purchase of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with our Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory targets. They will ensure suppliers deliver goods and materials on time to meet our production and shipment needs.
