The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces, using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. Must be willing to learn automation on the Gema CM40 and 41 systems and all other controls of the paint booth.  

PAINTER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER   Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Painter is primarily responsible for applying paint on metal fabricated parts.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Under the direction Versatran Product Sales, the Versatran Truck Driver transports finished trucks to and from the customer throughout the United States.   The Truck Driver position moves the vehicles to and from DOT inspections, provides regular sales demonstrations with the sales team, and delivers the completed units to customer locations.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

  2nd or 3rd Shift - Tube Bender  Operator - Fall River, WI   This position is on our tube bender operator in our Fall River, WI facility.  If you enjoy learning new equipment, can take on the challenge of working on equipment and like a challenge, this might be the job for you.   This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions,  and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.

SAFETY COORDINATOR - FALL RIVER, WI   The Safety Coordinator, reporting to the Safety Manager, will primarily provide safety, workman's compensation and environmental leadership to Metalcraft of Mayville manufacturing operations in our Fall River location. 

Metalcraft of Mayville's Fall River facility has a 3rd shift Weld/Shift Production Lead opening.   Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Weld/Shift Production Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing all departments on 3rd shift with a primary focus on manual and robotic weld. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the shift and for keeping the departments organized and clean.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations.

MATERIAL HANDLER - 1st Shift - 2 positions - Welding/Assembly - Fall River   The material handler will report to the1st shift assembly/weld supervisor in the Fall River plant. This position is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments from the lines and keeping stock for all stations within the department.

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

  Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

SCAG Assemblers in Beaver Dam are assembling the SCAG V-Ride II, V-Ride XL and Windstorm stand and ride-on machines.    Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.

Metalcraft of Mayville has Robotic Weld positions available on 2nd and 3rd shift.   Reporting to the Robotic Welding Manager, the Robotic Welder is primarily responsible for operating one or more weld machines to fabricate metal parts or assemblies.

1st Shift Semi Driver - Beaver Dam, WI   Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, the Semi Driver position transports finished goods and raw materials to and from retail and distribution centers and between the Metalcraft facilities located in southeast Wisconsin.   The Semi Driver position inspects vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, along with performing preventative maintenance.
