Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift.
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.
Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. This position also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Cycle Counter is primarily responsible for inventory cycle counting and associated analysis. This person will perform tasks such as physical counts of inventoried materials and participate in projects related to inventory logistics.
1st Shift - 7AM -3:30pm
Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving manager, packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department. Hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
Steel Receiver - 1st shift - West Bend
Reporting to the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, the receiving clerk is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. Responsibilities include receiving in materials against purchase orders, verification of receipt/material/quantity. Move material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility
Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.
3rd Shift Hours (10pm - 6am; Sunday - Thursday)
2nd and 3rd shift Welders Needed - Fall River Location

SCAG Assemblers in Beaver Dam are assembling the SCAG V-Ride II, V-Ride XL and Windstorm stand and ride-on machines.
Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.
