The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces, using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. Must be willing to learn automation on the Gema CM40 and 41 systems and all other controls of the paint booth.

This Production Helper - BIQ role is primarily responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of finished SCAG product.  The Production Helper (BIQ Inspector) may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.   Hours follow the SCAG Assembly Lines which are currently mandatory overtime of 5:30a to 3:00p M - F and 5a to 10 on Sat. Our Beaver Dam facility is looking for Welder's who are primarily responsible for operating one or more weld machines to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying to basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis.   Currently we are on mandatory overtime 1st Shift: 6:00a to 2:30p M - F 2nd shift: 2:30p to 12:00a M - F 

Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving manager, packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department. Hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm. 

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest//paint areas of the shop floor. Seeking 2nd shift help. 

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Assembler/Production Supporter is primarily responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product. This person will typically work from 5am to about 9am helping on deck run then go off and support other areas of the shop floor as needed for the remainder of the shift. 

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.   

The Body Installation Technician will be required to assemble body kits, perform chassis preparation for install, and install bodies on chassis on our Versatran Retriever equipment.
