Metalcraft of Mayville's West Bend facility has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Welding Department Lead in our Scag Welding area. Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Weld Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing both the manual and robotic weld department. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed. Availability on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This is a 1st Shift position. This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. The Laser Operator also may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required. Seeking a Laser Operator on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.

This is a 2nd Shift Material Handler job.

This person will be reporting to the tool Room Manger and committing to the DWD apprenticeship program. This requires both on the job training and classroom training for 5 years. Upon completion of the program you will be considered a journey man tool and die maker.

The Beaver Dam facility of Metalcraft is looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator.
Brake Press Operators are primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop. Reporting to the department manager, the Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, this positions primary responsibilities are to produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product and loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role. Availability on 1st Shift.
