The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. This position will supervise our maintenance department and up to ten (10) maintenance technicians / electricians. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces, using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department.   This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. Must be willing to learn automation on the Gema CM40 and 41 systems and all other controls of the paint booth.  

Reports to Shift Supervisor and operates one or more welding machine or industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specifications applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production basis by performing the job duties.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the janitor is responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the entire facility - office/production areas.   This is a 1st shift part time position - hours are 10:00a to 2:00p Monday through Friday.  

The Safety Coordinator, reporting to the Safety Manager, will primarily provide safety, workman's compensation and environmental leadership to Metalcraft of Mayville manufacturing operations in our Mayville location.

  Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.

This person will be reporting to the tool Room Manger and committing to the DWD apprenticeship program. This requires both on the job training and classroom training for 5 years. Upon completion of the program you will be considered a journey man tool and die maker.  

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembler is primarily responsible produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG product.

  Reporting to the Laser Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for operating Lasers and de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. Metalcraft of Mayville's Fall River facility has a 3rd shift Weld/Shift Production Lead opening.   Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Weld/Shift Production Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing all departments on 3rd shift with a primary focus on manual and robotic weld. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the shift and for keeping the departments organized and clean.
