Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This is a 1st Shift position. This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QC Technician / Weld Inspector is primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing data to support the business, proposed projects, and system requirements. Identify testing scope and implementation plans using defined QA processes and methodologies on a consistent basis.

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed. Availability on 2nd shift.

The Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying power coat paint to fabricated metal and other structural surfaces, using spray guns, brushes, and rollers. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade. We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. Must be willing to learn automation on the Gema CM40 and 41 systems and all other controls of the paint booth.
