Under the direction of Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, this position packs and prepares customer orders for shipping, receives material and equipment, and loads and unloads trucks according to established procedures and shipping regulations, meeting customer delivery requirements. Assigned daily details where needed within the shipping and receiving department.   Shift hours are Monday through Friday 2p to 10:30p.

Material Handler - Paint Line - 3rd Shift     Fall River   Reporting to the Paint Supervisor the Material Handler is primarily responsible for processing parts through the facility. A Materials Handler is responsible for taking material from one location to another and may be involved in the process of organizing inventory throughout the facility.  The material handler will also help with paint line duties - hanging/removing parts from conveyorized line as time allows.  

Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift - Fall River, WI   Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role is primarily responsible for working in coordination with the Safety and Maintenance Departments to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the facility (inside/outside).  

SCAG Assemblers in Beaver Dam are assembling the SCAG V-Ride II and Windstorm stand and ride-on machines.    Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for OEM and/or SCAG products on the assembly lines.  

Bluebird Turf, Division of Matelcraft of Mayville is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team. The shipping clerk will report to the Production Supervisor, in Auburm Hills, Michigan. Bluebird Turf operates Monday through Thursday beginning at 7:00am to 5:30pm. The shipping clerk is responsible for maintaining and verifying the records and documentation of outbound shipments. The shipping clerk will prepare the bills of lading and shipping orders. Completing all the necessary management related reports as and when required.

2nd and 3rd Shift - Brand new, state-of-the-art BLM Tube Laser and Tube Bender - Fall River, WI   We have installed a brand new tube laser/bender in our Fall River, WI facility.  If you enjoy learning new equipment, can take on the challenge of working on a brand new piece of equipment this might be the job for you.   This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions,  and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati and Amada hydraulic CNC controlled punch presses in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Punch Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.  Position is 3rd shift working Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 6am.

Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor this role is primarily responsible for the daily setup and operation of Cincinnati hydraulic CNC controlled press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication shop with some assistance provided. The Brake Press Operator may be required to assist other operators as a helper on key work or machines as required.
