This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts and subassemblies for OEM and SGAG products, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of production personnel to safely plan, coordinate, train and motivate employees in order to offer the best products to our customers. Provides production personnel with continual process improvement to ensure consistent quality of products. Works with production personnel to understand and build strong relationships thereby building an effective team.
