Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator produces rotational molded parts in accordance with process parameters, changes out molds, and maintains acceptable levels of scrap and productivity; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Reporting to the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Assembly Line. This person may perform all aspects of the Assembly Line such as assembling parts, as well as give instruction to the assemblers assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the department and for keeping the department organized and clean.

This person will be reporting to the tool Room Manger and committing to the DWD apprenticeship program. This requires both on the job training and classroom training for 5 years. Upon completion of the program you will be considered a journey man tool and die maker.  

The Production Helper role is primarily responsible for de-nesting parts cut by the laser and metal finishing, identifying and organizing the laser cut parts in a Just-in-time fabrication shop. PAINTER - 1ST SHIFT - FALL RIVER   Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Painter is primarily responsible for applying paint on metal fabricated parts.  May be required to help in other production operations within the department. This is a skilled position requiring attention to detail, focus on safety and a willingness to learn a trade.  We are willing to train a candidate that is looking for this type of challenge.   2nd or 3rd Shift - Tube Bender  Operator - Fall River, WI   This position is on our tube bender operator in our Fall River, WI facility.  If you enjoy learning new equipment, can take on the challenge of working on equipment and like a challenge, this might be the job for you.   This operator must be able to think quickly, make decisions,  and have outstanding troubleshooting skills.

SAFETY COORDINATOR - FALL RIVER, WI   The Safety Coordinator, reporting to the Safety Manager, will primarily provide safety, workman's compensation and environmental leadership to Metalcraft of Mayville manufacturing operations in our Fall River location. 

Metalcraft of Mayville's Fall River facility has a 3rd shift Weld/Shift Production Lead opening.   Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Weld/Shift Production Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing all departments on 3rd shift with a primary focus on manual and robotic weld. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the shift and for keeping the departments organized and clean.
